In 2018, Shaun joined ERA as a part-time agent, before he was promoted to the full-time role of Senior Marketing Director just a year later. Very soon after, he began scoring accolades such as the Million dollar club award in 2019 and the Top 600 agent award 2019. He has also been awarded many top achievers awards from 2019 to 2021.
